Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our handmade jewelry and metaphysical goods. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our items, we maintain a limited return policy.

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

--Unused and in their original condition
--Returned with original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within the 7-day window. Requests made after this period may not be approved. Contact us.

If returned items are received with their original packaging, a coupon or store credit bonus may be provided as a thank-you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was sent

In these cases, we will cover or reimburse return shipping.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges (Damaged or Broken Items)

If your item arrives damaged or breaks shortly after delivery, we offer exchanges. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide proof of damage (such as photos).

In some cases, a full refund may be issued for broken items if an exchange is not possible. 

In other cases, I may be able to fix the jewelry; exchanges may not be necessary.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds may be issued in the following forms:

Original payment method
Store credit

Final Sale Policy

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
